Pacific Stone Design, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of architectural precast concrete. We are a family owned business, and have been doing so since 1996. Our goal is to provide the highest quality concrete precast products, exceptional customer service, and attention to detail that is second to none.

Pacific Stone Design, Inc. started with a need for high quality precast products that are produced in a timely manor, for the owner’s landscape company. After a few years of manufacturing precast products, that set his landscape projects ahead of the industry, other key players wanted Pacific Stone Design’s products for their projects.

Today our products are specified by leading architects and designers across the country. They incorporate Pacific Stone Design, Inc. into their designs because of the dependability and quality of the product. Architects are constantly searching for the best products to set their designs ahead of the industry. Our goal is to meet and exceed those needs on a daily basis.

Our facility (includes a manufacturing plant of over 21,000 sq. ft., corporate office, and an impressive showroom that is open to the public) is conveniently located in Orange County, California.

 

What goes into creating & manufacturing our products?

- All of our designs are created in house with close collaboration between the design team and mold department. Architects, designers, as well other leaders in the industry provide feedback on products we are developing in addition to existing product lines.

- The first step in producing superior architectural precast products is the mold. PSD uses the best mold materials in the industry. Only an exceptional mold will capture all the detail of our designs.

- The next step is casting into the mold. All of our products are cast by hand, so every detail can be attended to. PSD uses the best raw materials and pigments in the industry.

- The final step is the finishing process. Every piece is carefully finished and inspected by hand ensuring that no detail is overlooked. We take tremendous pride in our concrete precast and GFRC products and it shows for itself in every piece.  

 

Environmental Awareness

Pacific Stone Design is committed to minimizing our environment impact in everyway possible. 98% of our lighting has been upgraded to high efficiency compact fluorescent fixtures equipped with motion sensors. Our hand casting process results in minimal use of electricity and the creation of waste. Any concrete waste that is generated is 100% recycled. 97% of our raw materials are acquired within a 500 mile radius of our facility. We participate in a neighborhood recycling program, in which neighboring companies packaging materials are implemented into our packaging process. Our GFRC columns are palletized on custom fabricated column pallets, which ensure that they are transported with care, and are 100% reusable.
